Short introduction/Resume

Tobias Kuttler holds a bachelor degree (B.A.) in Geography and European Ethnology from Humboldt-University Berlin, and a master degree (M.Sc.) in Urban and Regional Planning from Technical University Berlin. Study visits took him to Spain, USA and India. His focus of interest is on urban and transportation development in the global south and mobility in rural areas. His regional expertise is on India and South Africa.

Tobias is at IBBA of TU Berlin since 2016, being in involved in projects about rural mobility in Europe. In summer 2017 he was one of the main organizers of an international Summer School on smart cities and citizen participation at TU Berlin. Since October 2017 he is engaged in the H2020-project HiReach on mobility poverty and social exclusion in Europe.
